The first Marine Vibroseis BRS field effort is underway this week, off the coast of southern California, in Catalina. A tremendous start… with eleven tagged blue whales in one day! All the careful preparations and detailed planning have paid off. Currently SEA is wrapping up this first leg of field work with the expectation of returning next week for round two! We will keep you posted, but so far it has been calm seas, excellent weather conditions, and a fantastic number of animals for this first ever Vibroseis BRS Project. Way to go, team!
